Affected Parent

Lindsay Wilson, RN

Lindsay Wilson-Kinder is a registered nurse living in Richmond, Kentucky with her husband Paul and three children. Lindsay and her daughter, Laney, are no strangers to Pediatric Renovascular Hypertension and accompanying Midaortic Syndrome. In 2013, at fifteen months old, Laney was diagnosed with this rare disease and began her battle at the University of Michigan CS Mott Children’s Hospital. She required several surgeries and suffered numerous complications over the years. Laney is now nine years old and a thriving third grade student. As a mother who has lived with this disease firsthand, Lindsay has made it her goal and passion to help other families receiving this diagnosis.
